As part of this growth journey, we are looking for a Communication Solutions Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of innovative communication solutions. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between modulus, our partners, and customers, supporting the design and implementation of communication solutions powered by our telecommunications services. You will contribute to integration projects involving CRM, ERP, Help Desk, AI platforms, and other business applications, ensuring seamless connectivity and effective solutions tailored to customer needs. You will collaborate closely with software vendors, system integrators, and AI partners to develop new services, explore innovative use cases, and deliver Proof of Concepts that contribute to the continuous evolution of our communication ecosystem. Key responsibilities Design communication solutions leveraging Voice, Messaging, and Hosted vPBX services. Analyze customer and partner requirements to identify effective technical solutions. Create API specifications, integration documentation, and technical guidelines. Support technical integration projects, deployments, and pilot implementations. Collaborate with CRM, ERP, and Help Desk vendors to enable seamless integrations. Support the technical onboarding process of new partners. Collaborate with AI vendors to integrate new capabilities and enhance the company’s communication services. Contribute to the design of new communication services, solutions, and innovative use cases. Must have At least 2 years of experience in VoIP, IP Telephony, PBX, Contact Center, or Communication Platforms. Hands-on experience designing and implementing technical integrations using REST APIs, SIP, Webhooks, or similar technologies. Experience integrating communication solutions with CRM, ERP, Help Desk, or other business applications. Experience collaborating with customers, software vendors, system integrators, and technology partners to design and deliver technical solutions. Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable communication solutions. Experience creating technical documentation, API specifications, and integration guidelines. Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail. Good to have Experience with CRM, Help Desk, ERP, or other business application integrations. Experience with CPaaS or Programmable Communications platforms. Familiarity with AI and Voice AI platforms and their applications in communication solutions. Basic understanding of cloud services and modern web technologies.
