Community and Conversion Lead

We are hiring a Community and Conversion Lead for KerlHive, a venture by Heelheid Ventures Studio LLC. KerlHive helps experienced nurses and caregivers across the US, Canada, and the UK build independent, privately run care practices. We provide the structure, systems, and support that make that transition possible. Our audience is warm, our community is growing, and we are looking for the right person to take full ownership of it.

About The Role

The Community and Conversion Lead is the vital human presence inside our private WhatsApp community, the Care Professionals Circle. This is a relationship and conversion role, not a customer service or basic moderation job. You own the entire member journey from the moment they join until they become paying clients.

You will know who is close to making a move, who has gone quiet, and how to open real conversations without applying pressure. Ultimately, you are responsible for keeping the community active and moving members into the touch points where they convert: our weekly Sunday Live Coaching Sessions and one-on-one Clarity Calls. For members you have built deep relationships with, you will conduct and close those Clarity Calls yourself.

What You Will Be Doing

• Owning the full member journey and running the Care Professionals Circle WhatsApp community day-to-day.
• Welcoming every new member personally within 24 hours and keeping a live status tracker.
• Re-engaging quiet members via direct, personal WhatsApp messages at least once a week to spark real conversation.
• Coordinating and moderating the weekly Sunday Live Coaching Session, managing the chat, and surfacing member questions.
• Following up personally with Sunday session attendees and handling no-shows within two hours.
• Conducting and closing Clarity Calls for members you have nurtured, earning commissions on conversions.
• Reviewing and signing off on all content entering the Circle to ensure it aligns with the KerlHive voice.
• Submitting a weekly funnel health and conversion report every Monday.

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrable experience in online community management, client success, care coordination, or a related relationship-driven role.
• Natural ability to build deep trust, read silence accurately, and write like a real person, not a corporate template.
• Strong written English communication tailored to a North American professional audience.
• Exceptional organizational skills, honesty about your metrics, and the ability to thrive completely self-directed.
• Reliable availability during US and Canada Eastern Time (ET), specifically Wednesday through Sunday (including Sunday evenings).
• Healthcare or caregiving background is NOT required, but a genuine curiosity about the hurdles care professionals face is essential.

What You Will Not Need To Do

• Cold outreach to strangers.
• Follow generic, rigid sales scripts.
• Manage paid advertising or marketing campaigns.
• Handle clinical, medical, or legal healthcare queries.

Compensation And Terms

• Type: Fully remote, independent contractor position open to candidates worldwide.
• Base Retainer: Fixed monthly retainer of $800 to $1,200 USD (based on experience).
• Commissions: Earned on every conversion from the relationships you nurture.
• Total Earning Potential: $1,350 to $2,750/month during the first 3 months (activation phase); moving to $2,250 to $5,200/month as the conversion rhythm establishes.
