About SeedFuture

SeedFuture takes change-makers and change-seekers to the farms behind their food, through Origin Journeys in Bali and Northern Thailand. Participants go beyond the label and into the landscape, and the relationships travel back with them, into the places where food is bought, funded, designed and decided.

In 2026 a community formed through our Bali journeys, and we now publish their stories in our Seed Circle series.

The role:

• Remote (3+ hours overlap with 9am to 6pm China time)

• Part-time (about 20 hours a week), start from January 2027

• A paid monthly stipend, plus mentoring from the team, credit on the stories you help publish, and a path to an ongoing role

What you’ll do

  • Look after our community and alumni, run our social channels and monthly newsletter, and grow a shared resource bank
  • Map the organisations shaping sustainable travel, hospitality, food and storytelling in Asia, and build a stronger CRM
  • Help prepare materials for our founder’s talks, convenings and closed-door events
  • Take on stretch challenges of your own, from hosting an alumni gathering to presenting a recommendation to our team

Who we’re looking for

  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Confident using AI and digital tools, with sound judgement on accuracy, tone and consent
  • A strong interest in sustainable travel, hospitality or food

No coffee or farming experience needed. Students and non-students are both welcome, and if your university requires a six-month internship, we’re happy to work with your school.

How to apply (closes 20 December 2026)
