About Us

FacilityOps AI builds autonomous inspection robots that walk data centers and critical facilities, catching problems early, organizing compliance data and verifying physical condition. We are growing our online community and looking for someone to help us reach more people and start more conversations.

The Role

You will grow and engage the FacilityOps community across content and social platforms, turning interest into inbounds. This role suits someone who multitasks well and enjoys working across many tools at once.

What You Will Do

• Publish and manage content on Medium and Substack
• Engage in relevant Reddit communities and discussions
• Manage posting and engagement across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other social platforms
• Respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with community members
• Track leads and interactions in Zoho CRM and Apollo
• Report weekly on engagement, growth and inbounds

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Medium, Substack, Reddit and major social platforms
• Familiarity with CRMs such as Zoho and Apollo
• Strong written English
• Comfort with common software tools (Google Workspace, Canva, scheduling tools)
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and work independently
• Reliable internet and a working laptop

Nice to Have

• Interest in technology, robotics or B2B marketing
• Experience growing an online community or audience

Terms

• Pay: $4 USD per hour
• Remote, Kenya based
• Temp to perm, pay as you go
• Applicants will complete a short skills test covering software tools and CRM familiarity
• Hours per week: 20+ hours
