Role Description: Community Management Specialist (Remote)

Salary: $800/month

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Community Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions across multiple brands and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across email, chat, and social platforms.

Skills

• Excellent written English, grammar, and spelling
• Strong understanding of social media etiquette and community engagement
• Able to write natural, conversational responses that don’t sound scripted
• Able to understand and adapt to different brand voices
• Comfortable handling positive engagement, questions, complaints, negative comments, and difficult conversations
• Knows when a conversation should be escalated
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Able to personalize macros and AI-assisted responses rather than copy and paste
• Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools

Experience

• At least 1–2 years of experience in social media community management, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role
• Experience managing high-volume social media comments and DMs
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite
• Experience with customer support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar is a plus
• Experience supporting multiple brands/accounts simultaneously is a strong plus
• Open to working weekends
