Community Manager - Remote Client Company Introduction: Hiring for one of our AI ChatBot System remotely. Key Responsibilities: Community Management: Actively engage with our community members on various platforms (forums, social media, etc.) Respond to inquiries, provide support, and foster a positive community atmosphere Moderate discussions and ensure that they remain respectful and on-topic Content Creation: Write engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, and social media updates Create product videos, tutorials, and demos to educate and excite our community Develop comprehensive help documentation to assist users in effectively utilizing our platform Customer Interaction: Conduct one-on-one Zoom calls with customers to address their needs and provide personalized support Engage in live chats to answer questions and resolve issues in real-time Product Updates: Regularly communicate new product features, updates, and enhancements to the community Gather feedback from users to help improve our products and services Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management best practices Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing software, Figma, Loom) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for technology and a desire to help others Strong customer service orientation Experience : Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
