About the Role

Grooveli Network Technology Ltd is seeking a passionate and proactive Community Manager to help build and engage our growing careers community across WhatsApp and Telegram.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our communities remain active, valuable, and engaging for job seekers by sharing relevant opportunities, career resources, and fostering meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and moderate the company's WhatsApp and Telegram career communities.

- Publish daily job vacancies, internship opportunities, and career-related content.

- Share recruitment tips, CV advice, interview resources, and relevant industry updates.

- Welcome and onboard new members into the community.

- Respond to member inquiries and maintain a positive community experience.

- Ensure all shared opportunities are relevant, verified, and up to date.

- Drive community engagement through polls, discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive content.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote urgent hiring opportunities.

- Develop strategies to increase community visibility and attract new members organically.

Requirements

- Excellent written communication skills.

- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, community management, or digital marketing.

- Active user of WhatsApp and Telegram.

- Ability to work independently and consistently.

- Highly organized with good attention to detail.

- Creative mindset for developing engaging community content.

- Previous experience managing online communities is an added advantage but not required.

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

The Community Manager will be evaluated based on:

- Daily posting of relevant job opportunities and engaging career content.

- Timely onboarding and engagement of new community members.

- Community responsiveness and member satisfaction.

- Consistent community growth.

- Achievement of a minimum milestone of **2,000 active community members** across our WhatsApp and Telegram channels.
