Role Description The Owner will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and academic services of Soutenance & Projet de Fin d'Etudes PFE Mémoire Thèse LMD MBA PhD in a part-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining service offerings, managing relationships with universities, Grandes Écoles, and professional partners, and coordinating support for students and professionals working on final projects, dissertations, and theses. The role involves supervising project design and methodology guidance, ensuring quality standards for research support, and overseeing documentation, templates, and resources used in mentoring. The Owner will also manage marketing and outreach activities, respond to client inquiries, and ensure that remote collaboration tools and processes are effective and inclusive. Additionally, the Owner will monitor financial performance, identify opportunities for growth, and maintain ethical and academic integrity in all services.

Qualifications

Experience in academic supervision or mentoring, including guidance on research topics, methodology, and report structuring.
Strong skills in project management, organization, and time management to coordinate multiple student and professional projects.
Background in higher education, training, or professional development, ideally with familiarity with university and Grandes Écoles systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US and French; ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learners.
Comfort with remote work tools, digital collaboration platforms, and basic office software for managing documents and communication.
Entrepreneurial mindset with skills in business development, networking, and partnership management.
Demonstrated commitment to academic ethics, inclusivity, and non-discriminatory practices.
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in education, business, social sciences, or a related field is highly beneficial.
