YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As our Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will help shape and run reward programmes that attract, retain and motivate our people across Voi. Reporting to the Director Rewards & People Ops, you will support the design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits processes that are fair, competitive and compliant across our markets.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to compensation and benefits programmes that align with Voi’s strategy and support talent attraction and retention.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits offering remains competitive, and share clear recommendations with stakeholders.

  • Maintain Voi’s job structure and salary structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

  • Support the annual performance review and salary review processes, helping ensure fairness, consistency and accuracy.

  • Oversee global employee benefits programmes in close collaboration with People Operations, Payroll, Finance and Legal.

  • Partner with HR stakeholders to develop clear communication and training around compensation and benefits programmes, policies and processes.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation and benefits.

  • Participate in cross-functional People & Culture projects as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented teammate who enjoys working with data, processes and people. You communicate clearly with different stakeholders, take ownership of your work and are motivated by creating fair and well-structured reward experiences for employees.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Relevant education in human resources, business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in an international organisation.

  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws, regulations and best practices.

  • Experience working with HRIS and compensation management tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support informed decisions.

  • Good communication skills and confidence collaborating with stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal and Payroll.

  • Project management skills and the ability to keep processes moving with structure and accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to documentation and compliance.

Don’t meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply – even if you don’t check every box.
