A growing payments fintech start-up is looking for a South African Compliance Manager with knowledge of the UAE regulatory environment.

This hands-on role involves developing compliance policies and controls, overseeing AML/CFT, KYC/KYB and sanctions processes, and supporting regulatory requirements as the business grows.

What you’ll need:

• A relevant qualification in Law, Compliance, Risk, Finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ compliance experience in fintech, payments, banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements, ideally within payments.
• Strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Availability to collaborate across UAE business hours.

CAMS or an ICA certification and start-up experience essential
