Oversee anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) processes, including client onboarding, KYC, enhanced due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.

Monitor regulatory developments in The Bahamas and relevant international markets, translating changes into practical operational requirements.
Prepare and coordinate accurate, timely regulatory reports and submissions.
Conduct compliance risk assessments, testing, and reviews; track findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Advise management and employees on compliance matters, escalating material risks and breaches.
Deliver training to strengthen staff awareness of regulatory requirements and reporting responsibilities.

Maintain clear, confidential records of compliance reviews, investigations, and reporting decisions.
Requirements

Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, client due diligence, and compliance risk management.
Understanding of the Bahamian regulatory environment and the compliance challenges associated with digital assets and international transactions.
