Right now, we are looking for a Computer and Virtualization Engineer for a client on our Talent Team.

• Design virtualization and data storage architectures.
  
• Define Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies.
  
• Technically evaluate and validate new hypervisors and Kubernetes solutions.
  
• Identify opportunities for functional improvements, define technical standards, and support the selection of technology partners through RFI/RFP processes.
  
• Technically assess and validate new vendors and partners.
  
• Lead end-to-end migration and platform evolution projects.
  
• Manage the logical capacity and performance of Cloud platforms.
  
• Support software and hardware licensing budget planning.
  
  

You must have:

• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in researching and adopting new technologies and features.
  
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, KVM, and Kubernetes architecture.
  
• Experience administering operating systems such as RHEL-based Linux, Ubuntu, and Windows Server.
  
• Solid understanding of hardware and infrastructure systems, including servers, switching, storage, and TCP/IP networking.
  
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
  
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Experience designing and managing observability platforms using Prometheus and Grafana.
  
• Strong technical project management skills.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience.
  
• Experience in Hybrid Cloud architecture.
