Construction Estimator – Commercial Insulation

Remote | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator with U.S. construction estimating experience to support our commercial insulation division.

U.S. estimating experience is REQUIRED. Experience with commercial insulation, blown-in fiberglass, and batt insulation is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs from commercial construction plans and specifications.
• Estimate blown-in fiberglass and batt insulation.
• Prepare complete bid packages with quantities and pricing.
• Obtain and review supplier/subcontractor quotes.
• Manage bids and deadlines through Pipedrive.
• Perform takeoffs using Bid It, PlanSwift, and/or Bluebeam.
• Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and insulation requirements.
• Maintain accurate estimating records and communicate bid progress.

Requirements

• Required: U.S. construction estimating experience.
• Commercial construction estimating experience.
• Insulation estimating experience preferred.
• Experience with blown-in fiberglass and/or batt insulation preferred.
• Strong ability to read commercial construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with Bid It, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Dodge, or similar estimating/bidding tools.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bids independently.

Candidates without U.S. construction estimating experience will not be considered.
