Job Opportunity: Construction Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time remote position requiring strong expertise in construction project scheduling and a proactive approach to keeping projects on track.

Position Details

• Position: Construction Scheduler
• Work Arrangement: Remote
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Time
• Rate: $6–$7/hour (fixed and non-negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Identify critical path activities and potential delays
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely milestone completion
• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly
• Prepare detailed schedule reports for management
• Analyze project data to optimize schedules and improve performance
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies
• Manage resource allocation and leveling
• Ensure project timelines and schedule requirements are maintained
• Collaborate with project teams on schedule updates and revisions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction scheduling experience
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Experience working on U.S. construction projects
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities effectively
