Consultant – Profitability & Cost Transformation

Role overview

We are looking for a Consultant to join a growing international consulting team focused on profitability, cost and business performance transformation.

You do not need to be a Cost Transformation specialist already. We are open to strong generalist consultants with solid analytical skills, client-facing experience and the potential to grow into this area.

What you will do

• Support profitability, cost and performance transformation projects
• Conduct financial, commercial and operational analysis
• Identify improvement opportunities and support business case development
• Structure problems and translate analysis into practical recommendations
• Support transformation roadmaps and implementation
• Own selected analyses or project workstreams
• Work directly with client stakeholders
• Prepare client presentations and decision materials

What we are looking for

• Around 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Background in management consulting, Big 4 advisory, strategy, transformation, deals or another client-facing consulting environment
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to turn complex analysis into clear business recommendations
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent English

Experience in profitability improvement, cost optimisation, commercial performance, finance transformation or operating model projects would be an advantage, but is not required.

We are particularly interested in people who are curious, commercially minded and comfortable working across different industries and business problems.
