Profitability & Cost Transformation Manager / Senior Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager to join a growing international consulting team focused on profitability, cost and business performance transformation.

This is a long-term, permanent role based in Sofia, combining client-facing consulting with hands-on transformation delivery.

Responsibilities

· Lead or co-lead profitability and cost transformation workstreams

· Identify opportunities across cost, margin, pricing, SG&A and operating efficiency

· Conduct financial and operational diagnostics

· Build business cases and transformation roadmaps

· Support implementation and benefits tracking

· Work directly with senior client stakeholders

· Coordinate project teams and support more junior consultants

· Contribute to proposals and broader capability development

What we're looking for

· Around 6–10+ years of relevant experience

· Background in consulting, advisory, transformation, value creation or performance improvement

· Experience leading client workstreams or transformation initiatives

· Strong expertise in at least one of:

o Cost Transformation

o Profitability Improvement

o Commercial Performance / Pricing

o Operating Model / Efficiency

· Strong understanding of P&L, cost and margin drivers

· Ability to move from analysis to practical recommendations and implementation

· Strong stakeholder management

· Fluent English

We are open to different profiles — one person may be stronger in cost transformation, another in profitability or commercial performance.
