What You’ll Do As a Consultant at BTS , you’ll help organizations translate their strategies into real, measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with clients — from senior executives to emerging leaders — to design and deliver experiences that change how people think, act, and lead. Your day-to-day will include: Facilitating strategic workshops and leadership sessions , both in-person and virtually, helping teams connect their goals to business performance. Designing customized learning journeys and simulations , in partnership with our global Centers of Excellence. Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy, leadership, and execution. Managing multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction. Building trusted relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand our work and create long-term partnerships. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team , bringing together creativity, analytical thinking, and a human touch. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who combine analytical rigor with exceptional communication and facilitation skills — professionals who can think strategically, engage others, and bring energy to every room. You might be a great fit if you have: 2–8 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or corporate environments. Proven ability to structure problems, analyze data, and tell compelling stories with insights. Experience leading meetings, workshops, or client-facing projects. Native Portuguese and fluent English ; Spanish is a plus. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage senior stakeholders. A collaborative, humble, and proactive mindset — someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced contexts. Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
