About this Position
As a Consultant Workplace Operations, you will help improve the digital workplace experience for employees across Henkel’s global organization. You will use endpoint and service data to understand how laptops, desktops, applications, and support services perform, identify recurring issues, and recommend practical improvements.Working closely with internal workplace and cybersecurity teams and external service providers, you will turn monitoring insights into action. You will align stakeholders on solutions, follow through on implementation, and check whether the changes improve the employee experience. The role combines workplace operations, IT service management, service measurement, and continuous improvement.
What you´ll do
- Lead the evaluation, standardization, and lifecycle management of workplace technologies and services to ensure alignment with business requirements, company standards, and strategic objectives; Support technology innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the digital workplace environment
- Develop and enhance monitoring, analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) capabilities; Leverage operational and endpoint insights to drive data-based decisions and improve service transparency
- Drive service optimization, automation opportunities, and operational excellence by identifying trends, issues, and improvement opportunities; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, service quality, and overall efficiency
- Partner with business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure workplace solutions meet usability, security, compliance, and productivity requirements; Act as a trusted advisor representing the needs of employees and end users
- Manage provider and partner performance, ensuring effective service delivery and continuous operational improvements; Foster strong stakeholder relationships to drive service excellence and achieve business outcome
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Workplace Operations, End-User Computing, or IT Service Management; Proven experience supporting enterprise workplace technologies and driving service improvements in a global environment
- Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace and End-User Computing technologies, including Microsoft 365 services and workplace collaboration tools; Capable of enabling seamless user experiences while supporting productivity, security, and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with Endpoint Management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM; Skilled in device lifecycle management, software deployment, policy administration, and endpoint performance optimization.
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms, monitoring tools, and analytics; Ability to leverage endpoint and operational insights to identify trends, improve employee experience, and drive data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation preferred), ServiceNow, and workflow management; Experienced in incident, problem, and service request processes, with a focus on service quality and continual improvement.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI; Able to create dashboards, KPI reports, and actionable insights to support operational performance and strategic decision-making.
- Experience in process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Power Automate; Proven ability to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency across workplace services
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and service provider management skills; Effective at building partnerships, managing service performance, and aligning technology solutions with business and employee needs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills; Capable of collaborating across cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving successful workplace technology initiatives from concept to implementation
