What your day could look like
Each day, you'll use a curious mindset to explore data from across the customer lifecycle, working closely with teams in marketing, customer experience, digital and operations to uncover insights that support better decision-making. Through Consumer Analytics & Insight Generation, you'll analyse customer, campaign and operational performance, investigate trends and issues, and translate complex data into practical recommendations that improve customer outcomes and commercial performance.
You'll contribute to Performance Reporting & Business Optimisation by maintaining dashboards, monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities to improve reporting and business performance. What you need to be successful
To thrive in this role, you'll combine strong analytical capability with a curious, consumer-centric mindset, using data to uncover opportunities, solve problems and support evidence-based decision-making. You'll be comfortable working with complex datasets, translating insights into practical recommendations, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to improve performance and customer outcomes.
- Experience in data, analytics, marketing analytics, business analytics or a related discipline, with demonstrated ability to analyse customer, marketing, digital or operational performance data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong technical and reporting capability, including advanced Excel skills, experience using Power Query for data transformation, and developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Proven experience improving data quality, reporting and business performance, with exposure to workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or Zoho Flow, and the ability to analyse customer journeys and conversion funnels to identify optimisation opportunities that enhance customer and commercial outcomes.
Highly desirable:
- Experience using digital analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to measure performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Exposure to SQL, CRM and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to extract insights, support campaign effectiveness and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
