  • Maintain accurate records of reviewer eligibility, confidentiality acknowledgments, conflicts of interest, and participation requirements.
  • Collaborate with scientific review leadership to integrate consumer reviewers into peer-review panels while preserving their independent perspectives.
  • Monitor deadlines, reviewer availability, participation issues, replacement needs, and applicable reimbursement or honoraria processes.
  • Prepare status reports, identify recruitment or participation gaps, and implement approved process improvements.
  • Ensure activities comply with Government requirements, schedules, policies, and approved procedures.
Requirements

Required Experience and Skills

  • Five to seven years of experience managing consumer, patient advocate, community stakeholder, volunteer, or research reviewer participation programs.

  • Strong administrative management, training coordination, communication, stakeholder engagement, and records-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with diverse reviewer communities and individuals with varying medical or scientific backgrounds.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, reviewer assignments, and program priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a United States citizen, per contract requirement.
