Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you want to work somewhere that offers growth potential? Then come and Grow with US! Delta Dental of Wisconsin has been serving our communities, families, and businesses for 50+ years. We have been able to maintain success because our people and our culture set us apart; in the way we work together, work with our customers, as well as how we treat our employees. Delta Dental of Wisconsin is continuing to grow and we want you to Come Grow with Us! We are currently hiring for Consumer Sales Representatives to join our team of professionals in our Individual Administrative Services (IAS) business unit.

If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly over the phone, this role may be a great fit. This sales role does not work based on commission and does not perform cold calling.

The Consumer Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue for Individual Administrative Services (IAS) by engaging prospects, educating them on individual insurance solutions, and closing sales. This position blends consultative sales with high-touch customer engagement and is responsible for converting inbound leads by using a kitchen table conversation sales approach.

You’ll handle inbound calls, chats, and online inquiries while actively identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and guiding prospects through enrollment.

If you want to have a direct impact on business growth and customer acquisition, value structured training and support and would like a collaborative sales culture with opportunities to build a long-term career, this role may be for you.

We're looking for customer-focused professionals to join our growing Contact Center team. Whether your background is in customer service, member support, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, insurance, or sales, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building a rewarding career.

Must have or be willing to obtain Resident Accident and Health Insurance license and Non-Resident license in reciprocal states within 3 months (Delta Dental will facilitate the process and provide study time).

No contact center experience? That's okay.

While prior customer service or contact center experience is helpful, we believe great talent comes from many backgrounds. If you're coachable, customer-focused, eager to learn, and motivated to grow, we encourage you to apply. We'll provide the training, tools, and support needed for success.

If you're ready to turn great conversations into a great career, apply today.
