About the Job

We’re looking for a Junior Content Creator to take ideas from concept to publication for KIDELAB’s Instagram. Our products are personal, and we want our content to show what makes each order special. A birthday theme, a child’s name stitched onto a pouch, or a designer’s sketch becoming a finished gift could all be the starting point for your next Reel.

You’ll work alongside three designers and another content creator. Your main responsibility will be KIDELAB, our brand for personalised children’s souvenirs and gifts. You’ll also help create content for RUMA.Craftlab, which makes custom corporate merchandise and gifts, and BAHOO, our growing gifting brand.

We serve customers in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia and are expanding our reach across Southeast Asia. Most of our captions and short scripts are written in English.

What You Will Do

1. Find stories and plan content

• Bring your own ideas to the content calendar. Look for stories in new products, customer themes, design details, and everyday work in the studio.
• Develop each idea into a workable plan. Decide what you want to show, which Instagram format suits it, and what products, props, or footage you’ll need.

2. Shoot and edit Instagram content

• Photograph products and film Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes footage. Capture the details that matter, from the texture of a bag to the way a gift set opens.
• Edit your footage, write captions and on-screen text, and prepare each post for publication. Check product details, spelling, and brand names before scheduling.

3. Collaborate across the three brands

• Coordinate shoots with the creative team so the right samples and people are available. Ask the designers about their choices and use those details to tell a more interesting story.
• Adapt your approach to each audience. A playful reveal might suit a KIDELAB birthday gift, while a RUMA.Craftlab post might show how a client’s brief became a coordinated merchandise set.
• Keep footage and final edits organised, share progress, and follow through on agreed deadlines.

4. Learn from the audience

• Review how posts perform with the team. Use audience questions, saves, and shares to suggest what to cover next or how to improve the next edit.

What We Are Looking For

• A portfolio showing your ability to shoot and edit photos or short videos, with an eye for framing, lighting, and pacing.
• Familiarity with Instagram and an editing tool.
• Comfortable creating content and writing captions in natural, fluent English. Good spoken English is a plus.
• Someone who suggests ideas, takes responsibility for assigned posts, and works well with feedback.

Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are welcome. Personal, university, internship, and freelance projects all count.

Additional Skills We Value

Product styling, behind-the-scenes filming, or experience creating content for children’s products, gifts, or merchandise would be an advantage.

What Working With Us Offers

You’ll have access to the people, samples, and design process behind the products you feature. You’ll get to develop your own ideas, see them through to publication, and learn how to create content for three different audiences.

This is a full-time, hybrid role. You’ll join us in Gading Serpong for shoots and team coordination. We plan office and remote days together, with room to adjust schedules when agreed in advance so office coverage is maintained.

Salary range · IDR 4,500,000–6,500,000 per month, depending on skills and portfolio
