Content & Growth Operator (AI & Lead Generation)

We are hiring a Content & Growth Operator (AI & Lead Generation) to support the growth of NexusFlo24 through content creation, lead generation, CRM management, AI tools and marketing automation.

The role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, digitally confident and interested in using AI and marketing tools to help grow a business.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Produce short-form videos, graphics, captions and promotional content.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, research and marketing activities.
• Generate and qualify leads through organic and digital marketing activities.
• Update and manage leads within the CRM.
• Support email, WhatsApp and marketing automation campaigns.
• Monitor content, lead generation and campaign performance.
• Prepare simple weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify new ideas and opportunities to improve growth, engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut or similar tools is an advantage.
• Interest in AI, automation, lead generation and digital business.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in content creation, marketing, CRM or lead generation is an advantage but not essential.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Location: Awka, Anambra State
