Content Manager

We are currently seeking a DevOps Lead (Platform Engineering), remote in Poland, for one of our client companies.

Content Manager

The ideal candidate has high creative standards, pays close attention to detail, enjoys collaborating on special marketing productions, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where creativity, organization and execution are equally important.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn and other digital marketing channels.
• Create engaging B2B marketing content, including social media posts, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and campaign assets.
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, company announcements, events, and brand campaigns.
• Leverage AI-powered marketing and content creation tools to research, brainstorm, write, edit, and optimize content.
• Collaborate with designers, freelancers, and external agencies to produce high-quality visual and written marketing materials.
• Support executive thought leadership initiatives and company communications.
• Partner with the Marketing team to execute content strategies that strengthen the company's global brand.
• Monitor iGaming industry trends, competitor activity, social media best practices, and emerging AI tools to continuously improve content performance.
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, high quality, and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience in B2B content marketing.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create, optimize, and scale marketing content.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Exceptional written English at a native or near-native level.
• Highly creative with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with designers, freelancers, and creative partners to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
