Contract Sales Agent

Role Description

This remote Contract Sales Agent role focuses on generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations, and guiding potential clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing. Note that this is commission-based. You earn 40% commission on each sale made.


Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in outbound and inbound sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships, with strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, including proficiency with online communication tools and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including tracking performance metrics and using insights to improve sales results.
• Relevant experience in contract or commission-based sales roles is beneficial.
• Previous work in the company’s target industry or similar markets is an advantage but not required.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
