This is a remote position.
Our client is seeking an experienced
Interim Controller
to lead a critical legal entity rationalization initiative. This is a
full-time, 6+ month consulting engagement
that is
fully remote
.
Requirements
Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
Strong background in intercompany accounting, consolidations, and month-end close
Experience with GL clean-up, retained earnings adjustments, and complex journal entries
Ability to partner with external advisors on transfer pricing and tax-related initiatives (no tax preparation required)
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Preferred Requirements:
Sage Intacct experience
Experience supporting transfer pricing initiatives and coordinating with external tax advisors
CPA preferred
Experience standardizing accounting processes across multiple legal entities
