Job Description Assist senior management in financial planning and results management. Collaborate with team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking. Oversee the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. Develop and coordinate relationships with lending/financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and investors. Evaluate financial performance with regard to long-term goals, budgets, and forecasts. Direct the preparation of financial statements, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports. What You Will Need to Have Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required. 4+ years of progressive financial management experience. CPA or CMA certification is a plus. Recent experience scaling a finance operation from inception to nine-figure revenues. Excellent knowledge of financial accounting and accounting rules and procedures including GAAP. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Outstanding management, supervisory, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to perform in a high-pressure environment. Proven experience working collaboratively across an organization.
