Exciting opportunity to join and grow with a mid-size Federally Qualified Health Center and serve the community!
The
Controller
is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of Northern Nevada HOPES and its subsidiaries NNH QALICB and NNH Support, and for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the financial records and reports. This role is supervisory and leads a team of accountants.

You will have a high level of integrity and attention to detail and accuracy. You will be competent in collaboration with all levels of staff members, be able be a communication expert and influential. Finally, you will be able to effectively guide and develop staff.
Northern Nevada HOPES

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The mission of all FQHCs is to provide excellent health care services to otherwise under-served populations. We accept most insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, and the uninsured. For the uninsured, we offer discounted services based on a sliding fee scale.
We are a National Health Service Corp site, and our providers are eligible to apply toward a federal loan forgiveness program

HIV specialty care
Medication Assisted Treatment specialty care
Hepatitis C specialty care

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in accounting, or equivalent combination of education and grant management and fund accounting experience required.
Computer literacy required.
Prior supervision experience preferred.
Current CPA license or Masters in Accounting or Business preferred.

Our growing list of services includes adult and pediatric primary care, chronic disease management, wellness and nutrition, behavioral health counseling, substance use counseling, case management, a pharmacy, and more. SALARY RANGE
$71,800 - $89,800 per annum
