As Coordinator, Learning and Development, you'll play a key role in coordinating a broad range of learning and development activities, programs and projects that contribute to GWW's corporate objectives. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external training providers to support the successful delivery of training programs, learning initiatives and organisational capability uplift. You will be responsible for coordinating learning activities from end to end, including program administration, stakeholder communications, reporting, learning management system administration and training logistics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organisational skills and is passionate about creating positive learning experiences. This opportunity offers excellent exposure to learning and development activities while working within a collaborative and high-performing Centre of Excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery, administration and evaluation of learning programs. Manage training bookings, communications, evaluations, catering, payments and program logistics. Administer and maintain GWW's Learning Management System (LMS) and training records. Support learning reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Work with stakeholders, subject matter experts and external providers to deliver learning solutions and workshops Develop and maintain learning processes, resources and documentation Skills & Experience Experience coordinating learning and development, training or enterprise-wide programs Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience working with learning management systems and training records. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills. Experience analysing data and producing reports. Experience in learning and development, HR, customer experience or administration environments.
