Corporate Finance Analyst

Role Description This part-time remote Corporate Finance Analyst role at Rich Fun Railway Logistics focuses on supporting financial decision-making and long-term planning. The analyst will prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements, assist in building and maintaining financial models, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and preparing concise reports and presentations for leadership. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess investment opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and risk factors, while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to internal controls and policies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance to interpret data and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and working with Financial Statements to assist with budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Candidates should possess experience in Financial Modeling, including building and maintaining models to evaluate scenarios and support strategic decisions.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field are preferred.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software) and strong attention to detail are beneficial.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and strong organizational and time-management abilities are important.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
