Finance & Accounting Executive

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Finance & Accounting Executive at Sherborne School Jeddah. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Finance & Accounting Executive will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenses to ensure compliance with school policies and applicable regulations. The role includes performing financial analysis to support decision-making, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Finance and strong Analytical Skills to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) or similar tax frameworks to support regulatory and tax compliance.
• Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field (e.g., bachelor’s degree or professional certification) are beneficial.
• Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and general IT tools, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders is preferred.
