Corporate Marketing AI Strategy Manager

We have an opportunity for a Corporate Marketing AI Strategy Manager to join our Content Strategy and AI Enablement team in Home Office - Brazil, reporting to the Content Strategy Director. In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will shape and drive how Corporate Marketing uses AI, setting direction, prioritizing opportunities, and driving adoption of the workflows our team and our partners create. You will bring enough technical fluency to evaluate and prototype ideas and to speak credibly with builders, while your focus is strategy, cross-team coordination, enablement, and communication.

Partnering closely with Content Strategy, Brand Studio, Integrated Marketing, Product & Solutions Marketing, Marketing Operations, IT, and the company’s enterprise AI teams, you will represent Corporate Marketing in broader AI initiatives, coach and enable marketing teams, and communicate the value and responsible use of what we create. You will work with approved enterprise platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, SharePoint, and Power Automate to turn high-value marketing opportunities into scalable, measurable capabilities.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Own the Corporate Marketing AI strategy and roadmap, including priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success measures
  • Partner across Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and run a clear intake and prioritization process
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to turn prioritized opportunities into workflows, defining requirements, business rules, and success criteria they can build and scale
  • Prototype agents and workflow concepts on approved enterprise platforms to test ideas, validate value, and inform requirements
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, IT, Security, and Business Systems Governance to keep AI initiatives aligned with enterprise standards, guardrails, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with Brand Studio, Content Strategy, and content owners to define where human review and approval are needed for brand-sensitive, customer-facing, and legal content
  • Represent Corporate Marketing in company AI forums and coordinate cross-functional actions through delivery
  • Lead training, playbooks, office hours, and demos that drive adoption of validated workflows
  • Plan and run communications that showcase what the team and its partners build and promote responsible use
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to measure adoption, usage, time savings, and business impact, then use the results to prioritize next steps and report to stakeholders

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 12+ years of related experience (or 8+ with a master’s degree, or equivalent experience) in corporate or integrated marketing, content strategy, marketing operations, or AI enablement
  • Technical fluency with AI agents, prompt workflows, and enterprise AI platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Power Automate, including hands-on experience prototyping or configuring solutions
  • Working knowledge of APIs, MCP, system integrations, and permissions, enough to assess feasibility and partner credibly with builders
  • Proven ability to set strategy and roadmaps for complex initiatives, prioritize competing demands, and deliver through ambiguity
  • Experience partnering across Marketing, IT, Security, Legal, and enterprise AI or governance teams, and leading through influence
  • Familiarity with AI governance, human-in-the-loop, and responsible-use practices, and experience working with the teams that own them
  • Strong communication skills in fluent English, with the ability to explain technical concepts and AI limitations to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Experience creating training, adoption, and change-management programs that help teams use new workflows consistently
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, communications, information systems, or computer science; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Preferred: experience measuring the impact of AI or automation initiatives, such as adoption, time savings, and quality
