As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization. You'll serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, represent Ernest throughout the candidate experience, and help ensure every new hire strengthens the collaborative, high-performing culture we've worked hard to build. Work Location This position is primarily remote but is classified as a hybrid role. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our corporate office in Commerce, CA, to attend in-person training sessions and periodic office attendance as requested. Responsibilities Lead the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers with qualified candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting guidance, and ensure a positive hiring experience throughout the recruitment process. Partner with Human Resources to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance through the pre-employment process, guiding candidates through background screening requirements while working collaboratively to meet the company's hiring objectives. Arrange and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Utilize social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruiting process. Prepare, maintain, and regularly update recruiting reports and hiring metrics to support department objectives. Follow established recruiting processes, procedures, and documentation standards while ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the hiring process. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities and short timelines.
