This is a front-office role focused on building strong client relationships and executing trades in the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) – the world’s largest carbon market. You will work closely with corporate clients to help them meet compliance obligations, understand market trends, and make informed decisions on when and how to buy or sell EU Allowances (EUAs). As a Corporate Sales Trader in the F-Gas market, you will: Building your own customer portfolio and generate opportunities with F-Gas (refrigerant gases) related products in Europe Proactively engage with prospective clients across multiple countries, identifying their needs and designing tailored solutions Develop and execute trading strategies with your team, managing a profitable trading book Build relationships with a wide network of professionals, negotiating competitive deals, and providing clients with sustainable solutions Apply analytical thinking and market discipline to navigate volatility and seize opportunities 🧭 Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of your market, including buyers, sellers and competitors Build and manage a portfolio of customers and trading counterparts Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients Provide clients with market intelligence to support pricing, trading, and risk strategies Collaborate with colleagues to design and execute trading strategies Conduct on-site meetings and engage with clients to understand their needs ✅ What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in sales trading, finance, commodities, or environmental markets Strong commercial mindset, entrepreneurial drive and focus on delivering value to clients Professional working proficiency in English is essential.
