As Country Manager, you will lead Hedengren Security’s business, sales, and project operations in Finland. You will turn strategy into profitable growth, strengthen long-term customer partnerships, and build a high-performing organisation where people take ownership and succeed together. Working with the Nordic leadership team, you will help shape how we grow, serve our customers, and develop safer, smarter environments.

Responsibility: P&L exceeding €20 million
Scope of leadership: Sales, Customer care, and projects
Leadership environment: Finland and a Nordic matrix organisation
Location: Helsinki / hybrid work

Your key responsibilities

  • A proven track record of successfully leading a service organization or driving business transformation.
  • Lead the implementation of Hedengren’s commercial operating model and strategic development initiatives in Finland.
  • Take responsibility for the performance of the Finnish business and for systematic, profitable leadership of sales and project operations.
  • Lead the Finnish sales team, customer care and project- and service organization, establishing clear objectives, operating practices, and responsibilities.
  • Develop key accounts, customer satisfaction, and cooperation across business units and with key stakeholders.
  • Lead sales through data, make effective use of CRM, and actively monitor results, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and turn them into action with determination.
  • Build a performance-driven, coaching-oriented, and accountable sales and leadership culture.
  • Serve as a member of the Nordic Security Management Team and report to the Security Business Unit Director.

The impact you will create

We aim to strengthen the maturity and commercial performance of our Finnish organisation by renewing sales capabilities, deepening customer and stakeholder relationships, and turning new opportunities into profitable growth. Over the longer term, the role will enable sustainable double-digit growth, support international expansion, and ensure that customer insight actively guides product development.

How we measure progress: Key performance indicators include revenue, gross margin, EBIT, NPS, and eNPS.

What we expect from you

  • A relevant university degree and strong experience in successfully leading sales in a business environment of comparable size for over 5 years.
  • A proven track record of leading profitable growth, service business leadership, and management teamwork.
  • Experience in leading a geographically dispersed team across multiple locations nationwide, fostering collaboration and a shared sense of direction.
  • Experience in a matrix organization and the ability to work effectively in Nordic and international cooperation.
  • Deep understanding of strategic and operational sales management, processes, and the effective use of CRM.
  • A coaching yet decisive leadership approach, together with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Industry experience is beneficial but not essential.

Lead with trust. Create clarity. Enable success.

Our expectation: You lead with trust and presence, translate strategy into clear priorities, and coach people to take ownership and succeed. You follow through with timely feedback, address challenges early, and align with the Nordic leadership team around shared practices and goals.
