Coupa Catalog Management Specialist with English - WFH

The Coupa Catalog Management Specialist is responsible for the administration, maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of supplier catalogs and punchout catalogs within the Coupa procurement platform.

• Support upload, validation and publication of supplier catalogs in Coupa
• Review catalog files for completeness and compliance
• Validate supplier information, item descriptions, pricing and units of measure
• Support punchout catalog setup, testing and troubleshooting
• Resolve catalog-related issues
• Provide end-user guidance on catalog usage
• Coordinate supplier corrections and updates
• Support quarterly release testing
• Maintain catalog activity tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with Procurement, suppliers and support teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and 2-5 years relevant experience.
• Coupa, catalog management, data validation, punchout catalogs, Excel.
• English (at least B2)
• Attention to detail, stakeholder management, communication and problem solving.
