Role Summary
The Coupa Global Implementation Project Manager will lead the end-to-end deployment of Coupa across Barnes Aerospace’s global operations. This role partners with Procurement, Finance, IT, AP, Supply Chain, site leaders, and implementation partners to deliver standardized procure-to-pay processes while addressing local business and regulatory needs.
This position is initially a 9-month project and can be located in the US or UK (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global Coupa implementation from planning through go-live, stabilization, and handoff to ongoing support.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting.
- Facilitate global design workshops to establish standardized processes and manage required local variations.
- Coordinate implementation of relevant Coupa modules, including procure-to-pay, sourcing, supplier management, invoicing, contract management, expenses, and analytics.
- Lead integration planning with ERP, finance, HRIS, identity/access, payment, tax, and supplier systems.
- Oversee data readiness, supplier onboarding, approval workflows, user roles, testing, cutover, and deployment readiness.
- Establish project governance, including workstream meetings, steering-committee updates, decision logs, and risk mitigation plans.
- Partner with local and global teams on change management, communications, training, and user adoption.
- Monitor post-launch adoption, process compliance, supplier enablement, and benefits realization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 7+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise system implementations.
- Demonstrated experience leading at least one full-cycle global Coupa implementation across multiple countries or regions.
- Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, sourcing, supplier management, accounts payable, and finance controls.
- Experience managing integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and external partners.
- PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
- Manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or multi-site experience preferred.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Annual Salary: $125,000 - $194,000
