Rustic Egypt is hiring a Marketing Strategist.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Strategic but highly creative
• Obsessed with good ideas & execution
• Always aware of social media & cultural trends
• Aesthetic and detail-oriented
• Not afraid to challenge the usual way of doing things
• Someone who can turn an idea into something people actually notice

What you’ll work on:

• Build marketing strategies for Rustic

• Plan and execute product launches & drops

• Create campaigns, concepts, stunts & activations

• Come up with shoot ideas and creative directions

• Write scripts for Reels, ads & short-form content

• Spot trends and turn them into opportunities for Rustic

• Help shape and strengthen our brand identity

• Work closely with our creative/content team

• Bring ideas that make people stop scrolling

Bonus points if you can edit videos or create content yourself.

📍 Location: New Cairo

🏠 Hybrid: 3 days in-office (Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday)

💻 Work from home on remaining days

🚫 Friday off

⏰ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💰 Salary: EGP 8,000
