Social Media Specialist (Arabic & English) — Remote, Egypt

Pathwise Agency is a Dubai-based digital marketing agency working with brands across the GCC and Europe. We're hiring a remote Social Media Specialist based in Egypt to own content planning and publishing for our client accounts.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Write copy in Arabic and English: captions, hooks, short scripts, adapted to each platform
• Schedule and publish posts, and keep the calendar on track
• Brief designers and video editors, then review output before it goes live
• Monitor comments and DMs, and flag anything that needs a client response
• Report monthly on what performed and what didn't, with clear reasoning

What we're looking for

• 2+ years managing social accounts, agency or in-house
• Native-level Arabic and strong professional English, since you'll write in both daily
• Familiarity with GCC audiences and Gulf dialect, not just MSA
• Comfortable with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or similar)
• Organized and self-directed, working across time zones with minimal supervision
• A portfolio or accounts you can point to

Nice to have

• Basic design or video editing (Canva, CapCut) for quick turnarounds
