About our client
Our client is a growth marketing consultancy working with DTC and consumer brands across paid media, creative strategy, and growth.
We're looking for a Creative Operations & Paid Media Coordinator who can help turn strategy and creative direction into execution across multiple clients.
This is not a senior strategy or media buying role. You'll work directly with the founder, who will continue to own growth strategy, paid media direction, creative direction, and client relationships.
We're looking for someone who can take that direction and independently move the work forward.
The ideal person is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working across multiple brands, and understands how paid social and creative production work.
What You'll Own
Creative Briefs & Production
Turn rough creative ideas, voice notes, meeting discussions, and strategic direction into organized creative briefs.
Build out briefs with hooks, talking points, visual direction, references, and production requirements.
Refine AI-assisted drafts so the final output feels natural, specific, and appropriate for the brand.
Maintain creative trackers and keep concepts organized across multiple clients.
Research reference ads, competitors, creators, trends, and other inspiration when needed.
Make sure approved concepts move from idea to finished asset.
Creator Sourcing & Management
Source UGC creators that fit specific concepts, demographics, and brand needs.
Conduct creator outreach and manage follow-ups.
Track responses, rates, availability, deadlines, and deliverables.
Communicate briefs and expectations clearly to creators.
Coordinate product shipments and other production requirements where applicable.
Follow up on late or missing deliverables.
Communicate feedback and manage revision rounds.
Build and maintain a roster of creators we can continue working with.
Creative Operations
Coordinate with creators, editors, graphic designers, and other creative partners.
Make sure everyone has the correct brief, assets, feedback, and deadlines.
Maintain an organized view of what is being briefed, filmed, edited, reviewed, and launched.
Conduct an initial QA pass on creative before founder review.
Flag delays or issues proactively rather than waiting for someone else to notice them.
Paid Media Operations
Upload and build ads in Meta Ads Manager across multiple client accounts.
Duplicate and set up campaigns or ads based on clear instructions and existing account structures.
Match the correct creative, copy, headlines, URLs, UTMs, naming conventions, campaigns, and ad sets.
QA ads before launch.
Keep accurate records of what has launched and when.
Follow documented SOPs and Loom walkthroughs for recurring paid media tasks.
You will not be responsible for independently setting budgets, determining targeting strategy, scaling campaigns, or owning overall media strategy.
Reporting & Client Support
Pull performance data from Meta Ads Manager and other platforms ahead of client meetings.
Organize relevant metrics, screenshots, creative performance, and test results.
Maintain reporting sheets and recurring client documents.
Help prepare the information needed for client meetings so strategy discussions can stay focused on insights and decisions.
Track action items coming out of meetings and help ensure they get completed.
What We're Looking For
The strongest candidate will have approximately 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative operations, paid social, influencer/creator marketing, or a similar role.
You should have:
Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager.
Experience uploading and QA'ing paid social ads.
Experience working with UGC creators, influencers, editors, or designers.
Strong written and spoken English.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and related tools.
Familiarity with DTC and e-commerce businesses.
A basic understanding of metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV.
Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate work without relying on raw AI output.
The ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
The ability to work independently once direction has been provided.
Agency experience is a strong plus, particularly if you've supported multiple DTC or e-commerce brands at once.
The Type of Person Who Will Succeed Here
We're looking for a doer.
You'll be given direction, priorities, and strategic context, but you shouldn't need detailed instructions for every step of the process.
If a creator hasn't responded, you follow up.
If footage is late, you find out where it is.
If an editor needs feedback or files, you make sure they receive them.
If ads are ready to launch, you get them uploaded and QA'd.
If there's a client meeting coming up, you start pulling together the relevant performance data before being asked.
The goal is for you to become the person who keeps execution moving while the founder focuses on strategy, client relationships, and developing the next set of ideas.
What the Founder Will Continue to Own
The founder will remain responsible for:
Growth strategy
Paid media strategy
Budgeting and scaling decisions
Creative strategy and overall direction
Client relationships
Major strategic recommendations
Final approval on important campaign and creative decisions
Your role is to turn that direction into organized, consistent execution.
Working Style
This is a remote, part-time role.
There will be recurring working sessions with the founder to review client priorities, creative concepts, tests, and upcoming work.
From there, you'll be expected to independently move briefs, creator outreach, production, ad uploads, and reporting tasks forward.
Some overlap with Pacific Time is preferred, although the role can include asynchronous work.
Location
Latin America is preferred because of time-zone alignment, although we're open to strong candidates in other regions.
Nice to Have
Previous experience at a performance marketing or creative agency.
Experience managing multiple client accounts.
Experience sourcing and managing UGC creators.
Familiarity with Shopify.
Experience with Meta Ad Library and creative research.
Experience with creator databases or influencer sourcing tools.
Basic Canva, Figma, or video-editing familiarity.
Experience creating or improving operational SOPs and workflows.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first few months, this person should be able to:
Take a rough creative concept and turn it into an organized first-draft brief.
Independently manage creator outreach and follow-up.
Keep creators, editors, and designers on schedule.
Upload and QA Meta ads accurately using established processes.
Keep creative trackers and client deliverables organized.
Pull the majority of recurring performance data needed for meetings.
Proactively surface issues and next steps instead of waiting for assignments.
Reduce the amount of time the founder spends on operational execution.
Skills
2–3+ years of digital marketing, creative operations, paid social, influencer/creator marketing, or similar experience with hands-on Meta Ads Manager use, paid social ad uploading and QA, UGC creator/influencer/editor/designer collaboration, strong written and spoken English, excellent organizational and project management skills, and strong attention to detail.
Agency experience particularly supporting multiple DTC or e-commerce brands, experience managing multiple client accounts, experience sourcing and managing UGC creators, familiarity with Shopify, experience with Meta Ad Library and creative research, experience with creator databases or influencer sourcing tools, basic Canva, Figma, or video-editing familiarity, and experience creating or improving operational SOPs and workflows.
