You will : Analyze the behavior, intents, and desires of the target audience, transforming insights into hypotheses for creative testing. Conduct consistent research on competitor activities and market trends. Build a testing backlog for creative concepts. Coordinate the creative production process, clearly formulating design briefs (technical specifications) for marketing designers. Identify opportunities to improve creative testing efficiency based on data, where efficiency means lower cost per acquisition ($), lower CAC, and a higher volume of tested concepts with a superior Win Rate. We'll have a match if you : Нave 2+ years of experience in performance creative production. Have deep understanding of top-of-the-funnel marketing metrics. Have structured workflow approach—you base your conclusions on data and analytics, rather than subjective perception or "common sense". Will be a plus : Experience working in a startup or an R&D environment. Experience in subscription-based businesses.
