About us: Great Apps (powered by Braavo Capital) is an exciting company that identifies and partners with the most promising emerging app businesses to help them scale their subscriber base by launching and running end-to-end web acquisition funnels. Using our global reach, experience, and network, Great Apps helps partners reach a new level of revenue and scale with an entire web funnel and UA investment strategy built on our own infrastructure, developed by our team of in-house product & UA managers and senior software engineers. Our goal is simple: get every partner into the top 100 most profitable categories in the subscription app ecosystem. Position Overview: We’re looking for a highly creative and results-driven Creative Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive the development of performance-oriented ad creatives and support broader content initiatives across social platforms. Roughly 80% of your work will focus on ad creative production , and the remaining 20% will include: Managing brand social media accounts (4–5 posts per week) Collaborating with bloggers and influencers Sourcing and negotiating with UGC creators (buying ready-made content or ordering custom videos based on our scripts) Using AI tools and platforms to improve workflows and content output Key Responsibilities: Come up with and test creative concepts — from idea to script Write briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators Find UGC actresses, review and approve their content Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team Conduct competitor research and stay on top of Meta/TikTok trends Analyze performance (CTR, CPA), draw insights and suggest improvements Collaborate closely with the marketing team and help scale successful ideas Qualifications and Skills: Experience in creative production, content strategy, or performance marketing Understanding of ad platforms like Meta and TikTok Strong writing and storytelling skills focused on results Hands-on experience with SMM: planning, posting, and growing social media accounts Bonus: experience working with UGC creators or influencers Ability to read performance data and improve creatives accordingly Good communication and project management skills Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team Benefits: Competitive remuneration packages depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience Opportunity to work with different mobile verticals and manage entire projects from the ground up Professional growth with our global team based in the US, Canada, and Eastern Europe Remote or onsite work in our office in the center of Warsaw UoP or B2B employment Apple MacBook or any other necessary equipment for comfortable work
