We’re a team built by founders who’ve scaled Voodoo (€625M revenue). We’ve secured seed capital from top-tier investors behind BeReal, Deel, Voodoo, and AppLovin—and are now taking on an AI-driven health app to own the next big category in health & fitness.

You’ll work side-by-side with the Creative Lead—a performance-minded leader with hands-on experience. You’ll work on turning ideas into high-performing video ads. You’ll take ownership of competitive research, creative production, and rapid pivoting.

About The Product

Aura is an AI-powered wellness coach that helps people understand and improve their health based on real data — not guesswork.

The product combines lab testing, biomarker analysis, and AI-driven insights to identify what’s actually affecting a person’s energy, focus, mood, and overall well-being. Instead of generic advice, Aura provides personalized recommendations (nutrition, supplements, lifestyle) tailored to each user’s biology.

Strategic Creative Production

• Create high-performing ads—leading the entire process from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with motion and graphic designers on concepting, execution, and iteration.
• Own key creative KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, success rate, and profit per creative.
• Analyze competitors with spy tools and translate findings into testable ad angles.
  
  

Required Hard Skills

• 1+ years in a creative production role within a performance marketing environment.
• Strong background in ideating creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other performance platforms.
• Proven experience producing high-performing video ads with $50k/creative spend for Meta (Facebook/IG).
• Confident working with spy tools to reverse-engineer competitor strategies.
• Fluent in creative compliance policy for health & fitness ads on Meta.
• B2+/C1-level English (work in English daily).
• Experience launching new products/flows/brunches from scratch and scaling them to $100k+/month would be a huge plus.

You will

• Systematic ideation and testing of hypotheses
• Enhance our “test & scale framework”: insight → concept → production → analysis → scaling
• Analyze creative performance, identify patterns, and turn them into insights for the next iterations
• Formulate and develop the creative strategy together with the Creative Team
• Make key decisions based on user behavior analysis, marketing, and product metrics, and take ownership of the results

• You’ve never produced a creative that spent >$50k/mo profitably.
• You are a pure Project Manager (no hands-on work)
• You prefer stable, predictable environments over fast-paced startups
• You need layers of structure or a big team to operate effectively.
