Togather are the team at the heart of great events.

We’re a founder-led company of 40+ event specialists working across some of the largest and most exciting events in the UK.

Our Marketplace supports both B2B and B2C customers to handpick standout suppliers across street food, drink and venues for private events, from large-scale summer and Christmas parties to regular office lunches for clients including Spotify, Netflix & BBC.

Live partners with organisers of large-scale public events, using our 360 tech and industry expertise to curate and deliver exceptional food and drink experiences that also drive commercial results for our clients. From major festivals, stadium fanzones and cultural celebrations, we work hand in hand with client teams to deliver exceptional guest experience for the likes of GALA festival, Rock Oyster, Hill Dickinson Stadium and Pride in London.

Internally, we’re proud to have been recognised by Tempo and the Startups 100 Awards as one of the UK’s best places to work. We care deeply about building an ambitious, supportive and high-performing team.

We started life 10 years ago as Feast It, a two-person marketplace launched from a kitchen table - and today, over 10 million guests a year attend a Togather-powered event. Across every project, our mission remains the same:

To make events better for everyone.

Togather's Live business is building a dedicated Creative Production capability: taking a creative brief, whether a restaurant collaboration, a brand activation or a brand-new owned concept, through design, budgeting and supplier tendering to a built, working space on site. You'll formalise work our team already does, behind concepts like Slurp Shop and Fire Pit at Wilderness, The Blenheim Arms at Blenheim Palace Festival, and collaborations such as Ottolenghi at Love Supreme and Red Dog Saloon at The Long Road.

What you'll own

  • Production of restaurant, chef and brand collaborations once a partnership is handed over, translating each partner's identity into a festival-ready footprint
  • On-site delivery of brand activations for sponsors and drinks partners
  • Creative and commercial development of new, reusable Togather-owned concepts and dwell areas, including site/CAD plans, mood boards and capacity modelling
  • Pre-event budgets (CAPEX and OPEX) and post-event financial reporting for every project
  • Sourcing, tendering and managing build, fit-out, prop, signage and production suppliers
  • Leading on site through build, live delivery and de-rig, and overseeing the creative producers delivering live experiences for Togather

What we're looking for

  • Proven creative production experience in events, festivals, hospitality or brand activation
  • A track record taking briefs through concept design, budgeting, supplier sourcing and on-site delivery
  • Experience managing restaurant, chef, drinks or brand partners through production
  • Confident managing budgets across multiple concurrent projects
  • An existing network of build, production, prop and structure suppliers
  • A relevant Health & Safety qualification
  • Personal Licence and full UK driving licence preferable

This role involves regular evening, weekend and bank holiday work during the live events season (broadly April to September), extended on-site periods including overnight stays, and physical outdoor work in all weathers.

  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
  • Generous holiday allowance; 25 days (including a 3 day Christmas Closure) + bank holidays
  • Enhanced Pension through salary sacrifice
  • Partnership with Benefits Platform Mintago; EAP service, Workplace Nursery, Cycle to work scheme, Electric car scheme, Health services, Mental Health services, Gym discounts, retail discounts and much more
  • Partnership with Code app: Significant discounts in a lot of London's best restaurants, bars and more
  • Enhanced Mat & Pat leave
  • Free coffee, drinks, snacks and regular supplier lunches
  • Regular team socials and events (including 6 weekly Town Halls with companywide socials & 1 Away day a year)
  • A shiny new MacBook to work on
  • Loads of invites to food-industry events (yes they do usually have free food)
  • Dog-friendly office
