Creative Project Manager

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager who is both highly organized and naturally curious ✨ This role involves leading a creative team toward delivering high-quality outputs that meet client expectations, while also helping maintain a healthy work environment and uplifting overall team morale. We’re looking for someone who can balance structure, communication, creativity and people management with confidence and empathy. Has the ownership and discernment to recognize when an output is not yet up to standard and proactively escalate it to leadership for review before delivery Knowledgeable in or willing to learn project management tools that help both clients and creatives maintain an efficient and organized workflow Strong communication skills with great finesse and professionalism when coordinating requests, timelines, and feedback Able to lead creative projects while ensuring deliverables are completed smoothly and on time Supports a positive and collaborative team culture Big Plus Knowledgeable in paid ads (such as Meta Ads) Former editor, creative director, or multimedia artist Salary Range: PHP90,000-100,000/month Note: Salary depends on your skill – judged by your experience Perks: Work from home – Design your ideal workspace and ditch the commute Paid holiday & time off – The best need breaks.
