Creative Growth Assistant Training Specialist – Remote

TalentPop App is looking for a Creative Growth Assistant Training Specialist to help train and prepare newly hired agents for success.

You'll lead virtual training, coach new hires, evaluate their progress, and help them build the creative and e-commerce skills they need to become client-ready.

This is a 100% remote, permanent position open to candidates in the Philippines, South Africa, and Jamaica.

What You'll Do

• Lead virtual training sessions for newly hired TalentPop agents
• Onboard new hires on company processes, tools, and role-specific skills
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback on trainee performance
• Coach agents through 1-on-1 and group sessions
• Train agents in creative areas such as social media, graphic design, video editing, SEO, email marketing, and content
• Create and improve training materials and learning resources

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of training, onboarding, coaching, or facilitation experience
• 1–2 years of Virtual Assistant, agency, e-commerce, or related experience
• Hands-on experience in 2–3 creative or digital areas
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident facilitating virtual training sessions
• Able to give clear, constructive feedback and coaching
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Loom, Trainual, TikTok Shop, Snowball, or similar tools is a plus.

• Personally owned laptop or PC
• Minimum Intel i5 or equivalent
• At least 8GB RAM
• Minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speed
• Quiet, dedicated workspace
• Reliable setup for frequent video calls and on-camera training
