Creator Partnerships Manager with TikTok Shop (US/Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Social Commerce & Creator Partnerships Manager to build and operate our creator engine from end to end. Your mission will be to place our products in the hands of the right creators and turn those partnerships into high-performing content, paid ads, and measurable sales. This is a highly operational role focused on creator sourcing, negotiations, contracts, usage rights, product seeding, TikTok Shop, affiliate management, and performance tracking. This is not a creative strategy position. We already have a Performance Creative Strategist responsible for briefs, concepts, angles, and hooks. Responsibilities Build and manage the creator program from sourcing through activation, including vetting, outreach, negotiation, contracts, tracking, and follow-up. Identify creators who can sell authentically without making their content feel overly promotional. Negotiate whitelisting, Spark Ads, paid usage, content ownership, and licensing terms directly with creators. Ensure 100% of creator agreements include the required whitelisting rights. Operate product-seeding programs across three levels: Wide distribution of lower-cost products. Curated kits for high-value creators. Community-level gifting and relationship building. Coordinate product shipments, sample requests, tracking codes, posting deadlines, and content follow-up. Manage TikTok Shop operations, including the storefront, Affiliate Center, open collaboration program, targeted collaborations, sample-request flows, creator performance, and GMV reporting. Identify winning creator content and secure Spark Ads codes for paid amplification. Deliver two to three usable whitelisted ads to the paid-media team each week. Brief creators according to the standards established by our Performance Creative Strategist. Prepare and adapt creator content for new paid-channel tests. Develop live-selling formats and seller partnerships alongside the Head of Growth. Track post rates, creator activation, GMV, affiliate performance, content delivery, and cost per whitelisted ad. You must have personally: Managed a product-seeding program at meaningful volume. Shipped products to creators and tracked both units sent and the percentage of creators who posted. Negotiated whitelisting or Spark Ads permissions directly with creators. Negotiated usage-rights terms, including channels, duration, paid-media permissions, and compensation. Operated TikTok Shop hands-on, including the storefront, Affiliate Center, open collaboration, targeted collaborations, and sample flows. Managed creator or affiliate activity tied directly to measurable GMV. Sourced creators proactively at scale rather than relying exclusively on marketplaces where creators apply to posted campaigns. Worked with physical products at a meaningful price point, ideally alongside lower-cost products used for higher-volume seeding. Negotiated live and unscripted with North American creators in professional English. Strongly Preferred Brand-side experience owning the creator roster and program budget. Experience with DTC or e-commerce brands. Experience turning organic creator content into paid ads. Live-shopping and seller-partnership experience. Strong contract, logistics, project-management, and follow-up skills. Experience building a creator program from the ground up. Success in the First 90 Days Launch a creator contract template containing the required whitelisting language during the first week. Ship the first 50 curated creator kits within 30 days. Launch the TikTok Shop affiliate program within 45 days. Establish a weekly pipeline of whitelisted creator ads by day 90. Generate the first creator-sourced ad that receives meaningful paid-media spend. Performance Targets Deliver 2–3 whitelisted ads per week and 25–40 per quarter. Generate at least 15 posts per 100 products through wide, unmanaged seeding. Maintain a post rate of 70% or higher for curated kits. Maintain active TikTok Shop affiliates and deliver against predetermined GMV targets. Ensure every creator contract includes whitelisting rights. Establish and progressively reduce the total cost per whitelisted ad. Ensure creator-content production never delays a new-channel test. Important This position is designed for someone who wants to continue building their career in creator operations, social commerce, contracts, product seeding, and TikTok Shop. It is not intended as a pathway into creative strategy. Candidates primarily interested in briefs, concepts, hooks, or creative direction will not be a fit for this role. Competitive salary.
