Company: August Society
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote, Indonesia based
Type: Full time, junior level
Working Hours: 40 hrs/week with at least five hours of daily overlap with Singapore Time (SGT)
August Society is a Singapore based premium sustainable swimwear and resortwear brand, now ten years old. We design with Asian fit in mind, work with recycled materials like ECONYL and REPREVE, and produce in small batches. Our products are available across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Hong Kong, and we are growing our wholesale presence in Japan and beyond. Creators are a big part of how new customers discover us, and we are building a creator programme that people genuinely want to be part of.
You will run our creator programme day to day, working closely with our Marketing Manager, who sets the strategy, budget, and priorities. That covers KOLs, KOCs, and affiliates across the APAC region. You will find the right people, bring them in, make sure content goes live, and show us what worked. As you grow, you will help shape where the programme goes next.
In your first few months, we will review key decisions together.. Over time you will work more independently, making decisions within guidelines set by the Marketing Manager.
Find and vet creators
- Research and shortlist KOLs, KOCs, and affiliate partners across APAC, and support research into new markets
- Assess audience fit, engagement quality, content style, and brand alignment
- Build and maintain our creator database in Google Sheets
Reach out and onboard
- Write and send warm, on brand outreach through DMs and email, and follow up consistently
- Prepare creator briefs and confirm deliverables, timelines, and compensation within guidelines set by the Marketing Manager
- Onboard KOCs and affiliates, including sharing codes, links, and guidelines
Coordinate content and admin
- Work with the Operations team on product selection, sizing, shipping, and tracking
- Follow up on posting dates and secure posts on schedule
- Review submitted content against the brief for brand fit, product accuracy, and tone, and give clear, kind feedback to creators
- Make sure creators follow ad disclosure rules in their market, including clear labels for paid, gifted, and affiliate content
- Collect post links, screenshots, invoices, and payment details, secure usage rights where needed, and pass everything to Finance on time.
Track, report, and improve
- Log reach, engagement, link clicks, code usage, and sales for each creator and campaign
- Prepare simple monthly reports on what worked, what did not, and what to try next
- Recommend which creators to work with again and which to retire
Look after relationships
- Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for creators
- Build a small group of long term advocates who love the brand
After six months, success looks like:
- You run the creator programme day to day with little hand holding, making decisions confidently within guidelines
- You have a healthy pipeline of creators across several APAC markets, including a core group who work with us repeatedly
- Your monthly reports lead to clear recommendations that shape our next campaigns
- You have contributed research that helps us decide on new markets
- Creator content consistently meets our brand and ad disclosure standards
Must have
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing for a premium lifestyle, fashion or consumer brand, including hands on creator or influencer campaign work
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written English, with a natural, friendly tone for DMs and email
- Strong organisation and follow through across many conversations and deadlines
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets / Excel, including filters, simple formulas, and clean data
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and how creators work and think
- Based in Indonesia, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup with SGT overlap
Nice to have
- Additional languages such as Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Mandarin, Thai, Japanese, or Korean
- Experience with affiliate programmes, tracking links, and discount codes
- A good eye for visuals, especially understated, editorial content
- Basic Canva or content editing skills
- Interest in sustainability, swimwear, resortwear, or family travel

- A chance to build a creator programme across APAC as we grow
- Direct work with the Marketing Manager and real room to grow into more responsibility
- A small, close team with a clear brand point of view
