Onze Credit Analysten zijn het visite kaartje en relatie opbouwers van American Express, één van de meest gerespecteerde merken ter wereld. American Express zet de kaarthouder centraal in alles wat zij doen. De Credit afdeling zorgt voor een goede balans tussen account openingen, fraude preventie en bedrijfsrisico’s. Als een Credit Analyst ga je werken in een team met andere enthousiaste collega’s. Je zult telefonisch contact opnemen met kaarthouders die openstaande rekeningen hebben, om ervoor te zorgen dat deze rekeningen betaald worden. Ook neem jij beslissingen of kaarten gedeblokkeerd worden of eventueel geannuleerd worden en wat het betaallimiet is. Kan jij je vinden in het volgende profiel Minimum Qualifications Ben jij communicatief sterk Sta jij stevig in je schoenen om iedere dag, in ieder gesprek excellente service te verlenen Beschik jij over geweldige luistervaardigheden Ben jij creatief in het vinden van oplossingen Kan jij goed omgaan met veranderingen Durf je het aan om een gesprek in het Engels te voeren Ervaring in een klantenservice of debiteuren omgeving is een plus Je bent flexibel en je kunt werken tussen 08:00 en 18:00 van maandag tot en met vrijdag Je streeft om resultaten te behalen Je kunt geen vakantie opnemen in de eerste maand vanwege de training die je ontvangt Je woont in Nederland Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands Dan is dit jouw baan en zijn wij op zoek naar jou!
