We are seeking a Credit Risk Delivery Manager to support the next phase of growth. This hybrid role will be based in our London headquarters from where we support all of our global businesses.
In this role, you will support Credit Risk across our UK, European and US portfolios, helping to deliver innovative credit strategy initiatives that help us make consistent, high-quality credit decisions aligned with the company’s risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
You will work closely with senior risk leadership and the Product, Engineering and Data teams responsible for implementing changes in our platforms, helping to prioritise initiatives, communicate progress to the wider business and remove blockers where necessary. Strong knowledge of decisioning platforms will help you identify what is possible and guide proposals towards delivery.
This role requires strong project delivery skills, fluency in data, analytics and credit risk, technical understanding of credit decisioning systems and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Interpersonal skills will be essential both to collaborate with risk colleagues, business partners and senior management. You will have an opportunity to work on high profile projects which will define and transform our approach to credit strategy.
Key Responsibilities

- Own the global Credit Risk roadmap and backlog; agree priorities with risk leadership and technology teams.
- Assess feasibility, effort and dependencies with engineers; identify reusable solutions and phased delivery options
Requirements and platform knowledge
- Translate analytical proposals into clear requirements, decision rules, user stories and acceptance criteria, covering exceptions and market differences.
- Build deep knowledge of our platforms, data flows and integrations to shape implementable proposals; resolve ambiguity with analysts and engineers.
Delivery and stakeholder management
- Coordinate delivery from proposal to post-live review, agreeing scope, milestones, owners, quantified business benefit and target dates.
- Track every initiative’s delivery stage, dependencies and blockers; report progress to leadership and the wider business.
- Remove blockers across teams and external providers; escalate unresolved issues with clear recommendations.
Teamwork
- Engage and build strong, trusted relationships across the Credit Risk team as well as key stakeholders across the wider business
- Live our culture and values and contribute to our tenured, talented and recognised centre of Credit Risk excellence
Governance, Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Be aware of our Risk Governance Frameworks including Credit Risk Policy and Process documentation in relation to the relevant markets and ensure actions and strategies are always aligned
